Important Terms and Conditions That You Should Know:

To participate in the ANITA™ Campaign and redeem the hotel accommodation certificate, it’s vital to understand that while the certificate itself is issued at no charge after qualification, travel costs remain and travel is not entirely free. No false guarantees are made regarding hotel assignments or retail values.

5. Age Requirement: The age of the main traveler must be at least 21 years.
6. Identification: He or she must have a valid driver’s license and a major credit card.
7. Cookie Tracking: The browser tracking cookie records referrals. A click alone does not count; a completed paid transaction is required.
8. Activation Fee: The provider requires a $50 activation payment. This activation payment does not itself secure a reservation; activation and a confirmed hotel booking are entirely separate steps.
9. Refund Provisions: The $50 activation fee is refundable minus a $15 service processing fee under the provider’s specific conditional refund provisions. Card payments add an additional $3 fee.
10. Hotel Taxes: The traveler is responsible for local hotel taxes, which typically range from $12 to $15 per night, along with any other applicable personal expenses or surcharges.

12. Exclusions: Standard eligible arrival days are restricted to Monday through Wednesday. Major holidays and the seven days before and after are completely excluded. Only one offer per household within 12 months.
